No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once the Product has been delivered.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe). Red Pen Studio LLC does not store full payment information and is not responsible for third-party payment processor errors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to Terms

Red Pen Studio LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of purchased materials constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
